This Personal Data Protection Notice has been prepared to inform you about the collection, processing, transfer, and your rights within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) regarding your personal data, in accordance with the Law.

1. Legal Bases for Processing
We process your personal data within the processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
2. Transfer of Your Personal Data
We can transfer your personal data to our employees, business partners, shareholders, suppliers, company representatives and legally authorized proxies, and legally authorized public/private institutions and organizations within the processing conditions specified in articles 8 and 9 of the law and for the purposes we have specified above.
3. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
✓ To learn whether your personal data is being processed or not.
✓ To request information regarding the processing of your personal data if it has been processed.
✓ To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose.
✓ To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad.
✓ To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be informed of such correction activities.
✓ To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data or that it be anonymized if it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other related legislation, and to request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be informed of such activities.
✓ To object to any negative consequences arising from the analysis of the processed data solely by automatic systems.
✓ To request compensation for any damages you may suffer due to the illegal processing of your personal data.

Your request will be fulfilled free of charge. However, if the requested transaction requires an additional cost, the fees determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be requested from the applicant.
